Thanks to those who sent me the passwords.  Now that I have my system
going, I have two more questions.

First, the test suite runs o.k. when I am root, but when I am ast
tests 5, 8, and 11 fail.  I noticed that test11 does setuid's which
should fail unless run as root (right?), so I'm assuming that my
system is doing o.k.  Good assumption?

Second, two times tonight I typed too many ^D's and found myself
with the # prompt (!).  What's happening here?
