I see from some of the responses to my message that I am not the only
person trying to go from 1.1 to now. What I was wondering is if anyone
has made a comprehensive upgrade kit from 1.1 - 1.3 (or 1.1 - now)?
I have the 1.3 - 1.5.8 kit from adelaide.edu.au and it is quite nicely
done but it is of no use to me unless I can make it to 1.3. Also, I
noticed that it is based on the 1.3 from Prentice Hall so it may not even
help me if I make it to 1.3 on my own. I have the original 1.1 disks
that I got when I purchased the book so I know I have a good starting 
point. It sure would be nice if someone would put together a 1.1 - 1.3
kit. Any takers?
