I am trying to determine the feasibility of developing a network application
using only COBOL and SQL (and possibly a little C) under OS/2. The reason
for these restrictions has to do with supporting the application using    
mainframe programmers familiar with COBOL & SQL (the initial development 
would probably be contracted out). I would appreciate any helpful thoughts
on this kind of project.
