Here's a question about the FILES statement.

I know that under OS/2, the FILES statement in one's
CONFIG.SYS file is ignored.  However, what happens if
one has to run a program in the DOS box, and that
program requires that FILES=30 (or any value greater
than 20)?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
