Anyone applying the patch, beware!  Nothing in Brnstnd's license terms
say that you can distribute a modified version, and no exception is made
for modifications which purport to originate with the author.


Yes, maybe if you spent a week reading law books, you might find a valid
defense for going ahead and doing so anyway.  Or you might not.
