Subject: Help needed for a novice comp user on Binary Files

Can any one suggest me on how to work with binary  files?   I  am  a
semi    novice   computer   user.    Recently,   I   subscribed   to
comp.pc.binaries and downloaded a  file  called  lim32mem  (LIM  3.2
simulation  on a disk).  I just do not know how to load this program
under dos.  Is there a program to convert to binaries to exe files?

Would appreciate it if any one could suggest me on this.
