Can someone offer to mail me the latest version of ephem,
or point me to a mail server that can send it to me?  I have
no direct internet connection.

I'd be interested is hearing about other astronomical
software as well, especially software good for predicting
rising and setting times of the planets back to 200 AD
or so, in the tropical latitudes.
