There should be absolutely no problem with these, as the 2630 has an unused pin hole anyway. *DON'T* solder the chips right into the 2630 unless you are sure the RAM chips are all in good working order. If you get a bad chip, you could end up damaging the board trying to pull it, and all the others you'll have to test, out of the board. Find some ZIP sockets to solder in, you won't regret it!
