I have had difficulty using Mail Merge with Scribble word processor. If anyone 
could tell me how to create the "mail merge file" I would really appreciate
it. 

I have read the mail merge section of the manual and have mastered the "dot
commands," but it simply does not tell how to do the actual merge.
