(or so they said)... I just got off the phone to the Commodore Customer Support number (215-436-4200) from which I had been transferred to the education dept. The A3000 - 25Mhz with 40MB hard disk - bundled with the A1950,AmigaVision, and OS is $2879. There is no current educ'l discount for the 100MB disk version and no info as to whether there will be one in the future (at this time, of course). I guess the ZIP chips are going to be released/announced in about 4 weeks... so no info on expanding on-board memory at this time. (No projections on UNIX at all :-), oh well) It took alot of prompting to get (or not get) the info I wanted so... aside from the quoted price I'd tend to take the rest with a grain of salt.
