Yes! I have heard of Mastersound. It is availible in the shops, and costs 35 pounds over here. Unlike perfect sound, it can only handle one sound at a time. However, the editing tools are much superior (filter, fade in/out, "compress" sounds etc.) and its sampling range varies from 3 -> 55 Hz.
