This means you can make it as big as you want, even cover your desk with it. It also slides much more smoothly than any Sun mouse (same the Boing mouse) I've ever used, since it's just sliding on paper. And it doesn't get as confused as the Sun mouse if it's not oriented parallel to the mouse pad. If it were available for the Amiga, I'd buy one.
