Actually such an item would be a pain with a floppy system. since the trashcan even if it is system wide would have to be associated with a specific floppy somewhere, every time you would put something in the trashcan it would pop up a requestor saying "Please Insert Trashcan: in any drive". I never use the silly thing anyway. Unless you drag a whole directory into it, you only are getting the files with the .info tags on them.
