Message-ID: <1990May8.164100.18807@jarvis.csri.toronto.edu> Keywords: SCSI interface, special software? Distribution: na Date: 8 May 90 20:41:00 GMT Lines: 19 [] I'm interested in getting a high capacity floptical drive (or a Syquest removable media drive if I can't get a less expensive floptical), and I'd like to get the opinions of anybody who has some knowledge about them. If you use one on your Amiga, which SCSI controller do you use? Did you require any special software? How much did it cost? Is it reliable? How much are the 3.5" disk? Ideally, I'd like to get a 20MB Floptical and put it in the free 3.5" bay of my A2000 (with GVP SCSI interface), and later move it to the A3000 that I'll buy in the Fall. :-) Please send me mail, and I'll summarize to the net.
