From what has been said in the past in this group, UNIX and AmigaDOS can only
be run one at a time, they both takeover the entire machine, so the answer to 
both of your proposals is no.  However, there have been hints that CBM is 
working on getting AmigaDOS to run under UNIX, sort of like the MacOS under 
A/UX on the Macintosh.
