I thought that all the disks that would step to negative tracks (and thus
get damaged) were on A1000s.  Since KS2.0 won't run on A1000s (oficially) then
I don't see why the clicking couldn't be silenced. Maybe there needs to
be a preferences switch 1/2 :-)     Is CBM still using (or keeping open the
option to use) drives that can be damaged by the software?   -- Darren
