The Lharc on UUNET is for UNIX systems.  The Amiga Lharc is available via
anonymous ftp from xanth.cs.odu.edu in /amiga and in /incoming/amiga (the
one in /incoming/amiga is newer, but still untested).  There's also an
Lhunarc in /incoming/amiga, which Dave Grant says is much faster, but
sometimes doesn't work...
