I own a A500 and recently bought a modem and ACESS 1.3. After fooling around for a few hours I finally was able to get into direct mode (?) and make a sucessfull conection. Since that first time however I have been unable to do this again! (the disk was write-protected). From the start I was unable to open help (I have only 1 drive and was cycled between ACESS and workbench with no results) 
Please give any relevent info about ACESS and how I can use it.
