I posted a similar message on the net regarding this problem
several weeks ago.  I also placed a call with Apollo hotline.
The response I got was that the problem was coming from my
running named.  I have meant to try stopping named to see
if I can mount anything.  I am running 10.2p with 2.1.p NVS
on the DN10000.  I have tried everything including giving
root privileges to the port.

Any private replies you might get, would you please pass to me.
