EBBS can now support RCP'd files.. We have a new version of MDSS that supports
it.. I'm not sure if the site you poll (Starport I take it) will have it
online, but the code is done.. It should just be a matter of days...

(I think that the problem is that the mail system doesn't support it because
the older version of MDSS didn't.. Now MDSS does, but not the mail system... (A
few things to work out...:))
