I happened to get a wiring-diagram of the dual-sound-version some years ago and succeeded making the card work. here there are 2 6522 which interface to the apple-slot 2 AY-8912 (or 8910?) which do the sound (same as the one in the Ataris) 1 7405 to do some switching between the 6522s. I'm a bit astonished as I always thought, SweetMicro had used a Votrax- SC-01 to produce speech... Sorry - I've no docs about the speech-version. Can I help in some other way?
