I have and use a Mockingboard C board.  You do need to get the other chip if you want dual voices, but (obviously) you can use both speakers for the music.  Contact me if you want to buy the other chip....   Also, I do have the docs for both the speech and sound parts.  I'd be willing to part with them.  Everything is fully programmable...
