The answer is yes and no. Yes, QUICK ST 1.8 will effectively disable DC DESKTOP, but the newer version QUICK ST 2.0 has been specifically designed to work with DC DESKTOP, and vice versa, DC DESKTOP has been designed to work especially well with QUICK ST 2.0. For those of you that have not updated, I highly recommend it. As for the demo on the disk, it is version 2.0 demo, not 1.8. Later, Lawrence Kelley asks: How much memory does it consume? Answer is: In minimal configuration, between 40-50K. Maximum configuration, without going overboard, and without having a printer spooler, about 90K. Other modules, which can be run from the desktop or installed from the AUTO folder are not included in this figure.
