There is an ISO Fortran standard called Fortran77. In my experience most Fortran compilers on Unix machines have a close conformance to this standard. My knowledge of Fortran compilers for the ST is limited to Prospero's Fortran77 compiler which is a fully ISO validated. I have experienced no problems,( when programming within the standard ) moving code to and form my Sun at work. I think there is another compiler for the ST but cannot remember any details.
