Unfortunately, what the 6 parts don't contain is an example fontdesc file,
so here is the one from the SeeTeX distribution.  You can modify it to suit
your needs, or create one from scratch.  I've added this to the tar file
on csvax that you can pick up with anonymous ftp (it's pub/tex3b1-src.tar.Z
and it contains the 6 shar files and the fontdesc-example).
