Message-ID: <7068@jarthur.Claremont.EDU> Date: 9 May 90 19:45:50 GMT Organization: Harvey Mudd College, Claremont, CA 91711 Lines: 26 In the 'Boy, ain't that a bite' dept: My hp48 was stolen last night, before today's chemistry final! I took it with a TI calculator, and flailed for like 20 minutes on one calculation because I couldn't figure out how to use the damn thing! I'm just an RPN cripple, I guess - I don't think I've owned a non-HP calculator for 5 or 6 years. The big irony: do you think the reject who stole it will have the slightest concept of how to use it? If they could add 2 + 2 on the thing I'd gladly give it to them. Somebody'll probably hock it for 20 bucks or so and buy a bag of weed or something. Oh well. (In case you haven't guessed, updates of the terminal program I posted a while back will be a *little* delayed) Bill. ============================================================================= ===== Bill Gribble Internet: bgribble@jarthur.claremont.edu ===== ===== Harvey Mudd College wgribble@hmcvax.claremont.edu ===== ===== Claremont, CA 91711 Bitnet: wgribble@hmcvax.bitnet ===== ===== (714) 621-8000 x2045 UUCP: ..!uunet!jarthur!bgribble ===== =============================================================================
