For all you U.S. Constitution buffs:

Liberty! is an educational computer program on the U.S. Constitution.  The
program is graphically based - uses EGA, VGA or Hercules graphics - and can
use a mouse if one is available.

Liberty! features a hypertext version of the U.S. Constitution - complete
with a table of contents and index.  This electronic document may be accessed
at any time.

Historical background is given, along with landmark Supreme Court cases.  A
quiz will test your knowledge of the most important features of the 
document.
