Speaking of Jove, I've had problems using it with MSDOS 4.0 when it comes to
compiling stuff from within it.  (MSC 5.1 stuff)  Whenever I try to compile 
somthing it just hangs up.  Works great on 3.3 though.  Anybody here know
what gives?  Am I gonna have to download the source and hack it?

ps. yeah i know, why don't i just install 3.3  on the machine i want to use?
60 meg of backup time on a _shared_ research machine is why ...
