Does anyone know of a shareware or commercial library
of routines supporting a Windows-like graphical environ-
ment?

By "Windows-like", I mean that it should have pull down
menus, buttons, slide bars, etc.  It should know how to 
handle a mouse gracefully.  It should operate in a pure 
DOS environment (requiring neither Windows nor PM).  It 
should operate in graphics mode rather than text.

All pointers welcomed!
