Err, are you sure that 4.1, out of the box, is B2-certified? SunOS 4.x has a C2-secure mode, but as I remember from when I was at Sun, there was no intent to have the C2 product actually be certified (getting something certified was, from what I remember, a pain). There was a project to do a certified SunOS product - B2, perhaps - but it was going to be a separate product from standard SunOS, just as AT&T's S5/MLS is separate from standard S5.
