11 readers of this group have now pointed out that ISISV20.TAR has yet
to appear on cu-arpa.cs.cornell.edu and UUNET.

Sorry about this slight delay.  We ran into some problems when testing ISIS
between machines with differing byte orders and paused to fix them.  The
release should be out later today.
