Subject: T1100 cpu speed switch

 Does any one know how to change cpu speed of T1100?  In its manual,
it is said that it can work at eith 4.75Mhz or 9.7Mhz.  Now, mine
is only working at 4.75Mhz. But I don't know how to make it work
at 9.7Mhz. (I didn't find any thing from the manual, and didn't
find any dip switch!)
 Thanks in advance.

P.S. My pc is J3100SL011 (the one for Japan market). But it's supposed
     to be the same as T1100 (with 10Mb HD), except T1100 doesn't have
     Japanese MS-DOS.
