(was Dream Sys) Keywords: UNIX, minix, 68000, S-100 Message-ID: <1990May2.151736.23666@uncecs.edu> Date: 2 May 90 15:17:36 GMT Distribution: usa Organization: Triangle R&D Corp,RTP,NC Lines: 13 During the discussion on the dream machine, many references were made to the relative "simplicity" of seeting up this machine on the S-100 bus. I have a number of old CompuPro systems with the CPU-68K processor card, but don't use them as I can't quite stomach CP/M-68K... Has anyone out there ported any flavor of UN*X (even minix) to this system? If not, why are all of these 'experts' claiming it to be such a trivial matter? -- * Charles Lord ..!decvax!mcnc!ecsvax!cjl Usenet (old) * * Cary, NC cjl@ecsvax.UUCP Usenet (new) * * #include cjl@ecsvax.BITNET Bitnet * * #include cjl@ecsvax.uncecs.edu Internet *
