This file has also appeared in my Systems Folder - it has a GateKeeper icon and the same Type and reator code as the GateKeeper log files, TEXT, Gate. The is no resource fork and a data fork of 4588 bytes. It does not seem to be modified, but I cannot relate the creation date to anything that I did with the system on that date.
