I have MacTCP installed on my mac. THings work fine except for larger (>250k) files. When these larger files are transferred, the transfer never really ends, and the SUN gets MBytes of data, and the mac eventually bombs. Aside from the obvious question of why this happens, I want to know if MacTCP is utilized in Telnet 2.3. I notice that there is another program which is called Telnet 2.3 -MacTCP-. Do I need to run this version to use MacTCP? I figure maybe that will sidestep the problem I have and I will be able to get on with transferring large files.
