I bought a Quantum 105MB external from APS about a month ago. Very fast and I was quite pleased. Unfortunately, the power supply started to go. I got on the phone to APS. They immediately issued a RA# for the warranty work (warranty is 2 years, btw) and guaranteed a 48 hour turnaround on the repair with a redline return shipping. Sure enough, the drive returned as promised and all works. Not too shabby, heh? -Paul Hudy UNC General Admin.
