Here's the whole scoop: When printing to my ImageWriter II (Word is the only program that does this), occaisonally (i.e. seemingly at random) the printer will forget where the edge of the page is at the start of a document. What happens is that the printer thinks that the center of the page is the right edge and slams horribly on the left end of its travel. The printer has been checked out; it's fine. This happens with or without SuperLaserSpool, and did not happen with Word 3. I've also tried replacing the ImageWriter driver; that's not the problem. Any insights would sure be appreciated. -- Geoff Allen \ Computers are useless. uunet!pmafire!geoff \ They can only give you answers. bigtex!pmafire!geoff \ -- Pablo Picasso
