As far as Hypercard/Supercard for Sun platforms, I have a copy of HyperNeWS 1.3,
which provides something very much like Supercard, but based on NeWS.  I like
it a great deal, and use it for user interface rapid prototyping.  If you
are inside Boeing and would like a copy, let me know.  Otherwise, it is
available via anonymous ftp from tumtum.cs.umd.edu in ~ftp/NeWS/HyperNeWS1.3.
If there is any interest, I could post the README description file (about 1
page).
