after looking at the SoundInputDevice [SID] that just appeared i thought
i might throw one together.  looked at the Mar/Apr Digi-Key Catalog.  an
ADC831 going for $3.13, not bad.  that same day [yesterday] i noticed i
received the May/Jun issue.  may as well use the latest pricing, right?
