There's a neat little program called "United" that I downloaded from comp.binaries.mac a while back. It will take any number of segments, strip them of headers and footers, and combine them into one file. Note that the files must be in ASCII format for United to be able to read them. I don't know if it's still available on comp.binaries.mac - it was a week or two ago. It should be available somewhere at sumex-aim. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to search around there seriously - anybody else know where to find it? Disclaimer: I have absolutely no connection to the author of United.
