On page 36 of the May 1 MacWEEK is listed a public domain
Ethernet packet monitor provided by Cayman Systems. The
article claims that it is named "watch" and is available
from the Stanford SUMEX archives. However, the only files
that had "watch" in their names in the comprehensive listing
turned out to be other things. 
   Can someone tell me where this program can be found?
