Just did my risc/os 4.02 upgrade tonight, and had to rehack the kernel
makefiles, create two more pseudo objects files, and generally stuff
around.  Am I missing something, or is risc/os, as shipped, impossible to
reconfigure without stuffing around.

Anybody have any good ideas on binary reconfiguration ?  Anybody from
mips like to enlighten me as to why the current mongrel set up, apart
from the obvious source/binary trade off ?  General rantings and ravings ?
