Keywords: mail icon Message-ID: <5188@helios.TAMU.EDU> Date: 3 May 90 05:44:53 GMT References: <5179@helios.TAMU.EDU> <595@toaster.SFSU.EDU> Sender: usenet@helios.TAMU.EDU Organization: Computer Science Department, Texas A&M University Lines: 18 Thanks to the MANY who responded (most of them were email) to my question about the mail icon. I guess the only saving grace to this question was that it gave those of you who (like me) rarely feel qualified to answer questions -- a chance to jump right in. Anyway, I used to be in campus workstation support, and unfortunately, most of the campus still thinks I am and found out my new number, so I get all sorts of questions about things I don't know anything about. I do support a few NeXTs in the C.S. department...but I'm a die-hard command-line sort of person, and don't have much use for the graphical interfaces, like the mail app (there, I didn't capitalize it, for the person who was wondering why it is always capitalized...app that is). Oh, well. Gotta have those stupid questions. Thanks for the bandwidth. Ronnie
