We need testimonials from people know both the Mac and NeXT fairly well with respect to programming. Specifically, we are looking for those who feel strongly that the NeXT is the far superior development platform. More broadly, we are looking for testimonials from those who feel the NeXT is quite possibly the best development platform ever built. I am personally a Mac developer, and in the past I have been a NeXT-basher on UseNet. More out of ignorance than anything else! Rest assured this is no dishonest ploy and your comments will be treated with respect, regardless of my own employment and/or past comments. Feel free to write me beforehand for further reassurance and I will supply the address of the user group coordinator. The newsletter will be sent out to respondents when it is finished. It will be in FrameMaker format (if it proves to be too large, we will send only the article which contains the testimonials). We cannot honor requests to send out the newsletter to non-respondents, as we would be swamped. If you are interested in contributing some input, please send your comments along with a brief discussion of who you are and what you are doing with the NeXT to the address below. -- Pete Gontier, Kiwi Software; Kiwi's opinions not presented here InterNet 6600pete@ucsbuxa.ucsb.edu; BitNet 6600pete@ucsbuxa; AppleLink D0862
