Has the dust settled on the 9830 Manual(s) question?

I got 2 disks and two copies of the "Product Manual" P/N 1093 Revision
P10 (2/2/89), NEITHER of which have any pages between 3-3 and 8-1.

Did anyone get sections 4 through 7?

Is there anything more detailed than the "1093" manual?

Has anyone found out what the settings of J12 & J13 (SECTOR SETTING)
are?
