Several suggested the use of pcomm. I acquired the sources and all appeared to be working fine. The only problem appears to be that after doing a download the input process does not appear to be reading the port. I can see action on the modem but there is nothing going to the screen. When I press the escape key (^A) the information which was buffered then appears. Before I start looking at the source too closely I thought I would see if anyone else has had problems of this type with pcomm. eric...
