My personal all-time favorites come from the Ultrix 1.0 man pages,
Section 2:

STATUS
	FORK(2) currently is not supported by Digital Equipment Corporation

STATUS
	EXIT(2) currently is not supported by Digital Equipment Corporation

All section 2 man pages had the same note. I believe this was done
by mistake. However, from the level of support we were getting here at the
time, it may as well have been true.
