I HATE MICE, and so I've installed win to not use one. I generally run WordPerfect 5.0, MathCAD 2.5, and Slide Write Plus 3.0 in full-screen exclusive modes, and just use alt-tab to swap between them. My problem is that when I swap between these applications, the current app. does not respond to keystrokes if I call it up the first time it comes around. Perhaps an example will be clearer. Say I open WP5.0, MCAD, and SlideWrite in that order. Alt-tab,tab,tab,tab cycles through these apps and the DOS executive. If I'm in MCAD, and want SlideWrite, I do alt-tab and Slidewrite pops up. BUT IT DOESN'T RESPOND to keystrokes! IF I go through the whole cycle again (alt-tab,tab,tab,tab) SlideWrite again pops up and everything is fine. The same problem occurs when I want MathCad and even occasionally when I toggle to commande.pif (this was not in the above example). Any light shed on this problem will be more than I have now. Thanks.
