     Eric at Microsoft has kindly offered to receive constructive comments on
WINDOWS printer drivers.  I also tried to mail something to Eric and had it
bounce.  The address that I used was "ericbi@microsoft.UUCP"  The system
replied that it had never heard of this machine.  Eric, if you are reading this
could you please provide an address at which you can be reached, and alternate
addresses if you have them so that people can get mail to you if your main
address fails.
     Also, for those at MICROSOFT, is there a general address to which people
could send comments and questions about MICROSOFT products?
