Message-ID: <2382.264359f0@cc.helsinki.fi> Date: 5 May 90 22:55:44 GMT Organization: University of Helsinki Lines: 23 Hello Net. I have an IBM 6783 typewriter and it has a Centronics inter- face ("Wheelwriter Series II Printer Option"). I'd like to know if it's possible to use it with Windows. I'm interested in using it's formatting features also (bold, italic etc.), so I guess the normal Text Only-driver is out of the ques- tion. So, my main question is: is there an easy way to modify the Windows printer driver or the codes it sends to the printer? Or could I create my own driver ? Please mail me if you anything about this, and I'll summarize later on. Thanks. -- _________ Teemu Mottonen | | internet: tmottonen@cc.helsinki.Fi University of Helsinki | | bitnet: TMOTTONEN@FINUH Dept.of Computer Science |_________| decnet: HYLK::TMOTTONEN
